Ongoing Offerings
We offer several ways to learn how to meditate, connect with the community, and support your regular meditation practice. Meditation instruction is provided at many of our weekly ongoing gatherings. All levels of experience are welcome.
Weekly Group Meditation
Second Sunday Morning Sit – Online Only
Please join us online for an hour of meditation every Second Sunday. Practice begins at 10 AM and consists of sitting meditation and walking meditation. There is a 45 minute discussion starting at 11 AM.
Every Second and Fourth Wednesday
Please join us in person for an hour of meditation. Practice begins at 7 PM and consists of sitting meditation and walking meditation until 8 PM. Afterward there is tea and conversation.
Every Third Wednesday
Do you find yourself burning out from doing service? Are you seeking a practice community that understands the work and challenge it takes to help others? Join us in-person as we dive into the wisdom around the Bodhisattva mission and how we can apply this to our own lives, personally and professionally.
