What is Lojong?
Lojong is a mind training practice developed in Tibetan Buddhism. It is based on a set of slogans with the purpose of awakening lovingkindness or bodhichitta in the practitioner. We will read the slogans aloud along with their commentary by Pema Chödron. There will be time for contemplation and discussion.
