The Six Explorations of Yoga

Join Shambhala Meditation Center for an inspiring yoga offering—six workshops, each exploring a different element of the yoga practice. We invite new and seasoned yogis and yoginis an opportunity to dive deep into this profound and practical tool for transformation. Workshops take place on Monday evening at 7 PM and include a guided meditation by a Shambhala meditation instructor.

Sign up for the series, or come for as many as you wish. All are welcome—all ages and abilities.

Hatha* yoga was originally developed so that meditation practitioners could sit for longer periods. Yoga increases flexibility, builds core strength, energizes your body, and relieves physical tension.

Our classes are perfect for newcomers and experienced practitioners alike.
