Shambhala Sadhana

Shambhala Sadhana Practice SessionsA time for our community to come together to practice the Shambhala Sadhana. All are welcome—and encouraged—to join, no matter what your level of experience.

The Shambhala Sadhana was written by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche just prior to the conclusion of a year long retreat. The Sakyong composed this practice to deepen our personal and social connection with basic goodness. The Shambhala Sadhana is simple and quite powerful in its direct approach to basic goodness.
