Wednesday Dharma Night

Wednesday Dharma Night

Shambhala Community

Dharma Night is great introduction to the Shambhala Buddhist teachings, and an opportunity to connect with other meditation practitioners in a relaxed, comfortable environment. Dharma Night features meditation practice, meditation instruction, and a contemplation, a talk with time for discussion, or an open discussion.

Sometimes the meditation instruction will be given in the Meditation Hall with the entire group. At other times, it will be given separately in the Community Room. Please check our calendar for special talks.

Join us for this wonderful opportunity to practice with others in a warm, supportive environment. And bring your friends!
