Sunday Family Meditation
Our children are our teachers.
Sunday Family Meditation is a weekly practice opportunity where we can cultivate those relationships, welcoming children as part of our sangha, and giving them the space to be themselves.
Sunday Family Meditation is a time where children and adults can come together, and also engage in their own separate practices. During the adult sitting meditation, the children engange in activities which involve mindfulness, stories, songs, meditation, games, free play, art projects, and simply the space for the children to engage in and create their own sense of community with each other.
We will begin and end the morning with adults and children together in the shrine room.
