The Shambhala Sadhana was written by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche just prior to the conclusion of a year long retreat. The Sakyong composed this practice to deepen our personal and social connection with basic goodness. The Shambhala Sadhana is simple and quite powerful in its direct approach to basic goodness.
Monthly practice sessions will alternate between evenings of the full moon and Sunday afternoons. Some months will include a feast*. Please check our monthly calendar for dates and details.
